A Skills Competition was held at the Sirdaryo Architecture and Construction Technical College.
Yoshlarni kasbga oid bilim va ko’nikmalarini rivojlantirish maqsadida o’tkazilgan «Besh tashabbus olimpiadasi»ning «Kasblar tanlovi» viloyat bosqichida yoshlar o’zaro bellashib, «Payvandlash ustasi» va «Yosh quruvchi» kabi muhim kasblar bo’yicha o’z bilim va ko’nikmalarini namoyish etishdi.
Mazkur tanlovlar nafaqat yoshlarni kasbga yo’naltirish, balki ularning mas’uliyatini oshirish, ijtimoiy faollikni rag’batlantirish va kasbga bo’lgan qiziqishini kuchaytirishga yordam beradi.
Yoshlarni kasbga tayyorlash va ular uchun sharoit yaratish, ayniqsa qurilish va sanoat sohalarida, iqtisodiy taraqqiyot uchun zaruriy qadam bo‘ladi. Mazkur tanlovlar yoshlarni kasbiy bilimlarni chuqurroq egallashga undaydi va kelajakda o’z sohalarida yuqori malakali mutaxassislar yetishtirishga xizmat qiladi.
As part of the «Five Initiatives Olympics,» the «Skills Competition» was organized to enhance young people’s knowledge and skills. During the regional stage of the competition, the youth competed in key professions such as «Welding Master» and «Young Builder,» showcasing their knowledge and skills.
These competitions not only aim to guide young people towards their professions but also help increase their sense of responsibility, encourage social activism, and strengthen their interest in various trades.
Preparing young people for their careers and creating conditions for them, especially in the construction and industrial sectors, is a crucial step for economic development. These competitions motivate youth to deepen their professional knowledge and contribute to the development of highly skilled specialists in their respective fields in the future.
