O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Konstitutsiyasining qabul qilinganligining 32 yilligi munosabati bilan mamlakatimizda turli ma’naviy-ma’rifiy tadbirlar tashkil etilmoqda. Ushbu tadbirlar orqali bosh qonunimizning mazmuni va mohiyati yosh avlodga chuqurroq tushuntirilmoqda, ayniqsa, Konstitutsiyaning erkin va farovon hayotga bo‘lgan katta ta’siri haqida bilishlari uchun imkoniyat yaratilyapti.
Jumladan, Oqoltin tuman kasb-hunar maktabida ham «Konstitutsiya – erkin va farovon hayot garovi» mavzusida keng qamrovli tadbir o‘tkazildi. Tadbirda maktab o‘quvchilari, o‘qituvchilar va boshqa mehmonlar ishtirok etdilar. Tadbirni o‘tkazishning maqsadi yoshlarni Konstitutsiyaning ahamiyati va uning erkinlik, huquq va farovonlikni ta’minlashdagi o‘rni haqida xabardor qilishdan iborat edi.
Bosh qonunimizning 32 yilligi doirasida o‘tkazilgan bunday tadbirlar, nafaqat yurtimizning huquqiy tizimini, balki milliy g‘oyani, vatanparvarlik va demokratiyani shakllantirishga xizmat qiladi. Yoshlarni erkin va adolatli jamiyatda yashashga tayyorlash, ularni Konstitutsiya asosida o‘z huquqlarini bilishga va himoya qilishga undash, har bir fuqaroning jamiyatdagi o‘rni va roli haqida xabardor qilish barchamizning burchimizdir.
